I worked in the BPO industry for 14 years. I’ve handled sales, customer service, and technical support. I’ve worked on accounts such as Hotels.com, Virgin
Mobile Australia, Online Education, Google as Product Technical Support for Google Hardware Care products, and recently with Clutter.com as project-based, freelance. I’ve been through support channels like phone, live chat, email, and asynchronous messaging.
